Lletty is situated high above the Eglwysbach valley, with fine pastoral views. It has many period features including two vaulted rooms, a two-storey room where the warmth of the animals was used to heat the farmhouse, exposed beams, wooden and slate floors, and bread oven. A separate annexe provides accommodation for a further two guests.

The cottage makes the most of its elevated position in the Bodnant Estate, with a southerly facing terrace that overlooks the fields and the forests below. The panoramic views over to the Carneddau mountains are simply breathtaking, and you’ll probably spend a happy hour or two sitting out on the terrace and take in the view.

While you’re here, the estate is yours to enjoy. You’re welcome to walk along the private paths and explore this special area of the Conwy valley.
