Living/Dining Room with sofa and two armchairs, good size Television, DVD player, cd player with docking station for ipod etc, French doors leading to patio garden area. Dining Area with table and four chairs. Cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. Upstairs - Bedroom One with double bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe and Ensuite Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom Two with two 2'6" beds which can be 'zipandlinked' together to make a double bed if desired, please do advise at the point of booking. This bedroom is compact. Please note that the bathroom is accessed via a few steps into bedroom one, alternatively the cloakroom downstairs. Outside - To the rear of the cottage is a private, west facing patio with table and chairs. There is also a paddock, with lovely apple and pear trees, which has pedigree Cotswold sheep within it. Additionally guests are free to use the games room above the garage which has an American pool table, table football plus toilet. The complete gardens are enclosed and safe for children and at the far end of the paddock is a safe copse ideal for building dens! Saturday Changeover preferred please. Pets by arrangement. Location - The Granary is in the village of Blackwell, situated in the north of the Cotswolds with easy access to walks in every direction and we are located directly on the Centenary Way walk. The village of Armscote is about 15 minutes walk away and has a wonderful local pub, The Fox and Goose, with open fires and great food. Stratford-upon-Avon is eight miles away and there are several National Trust properties within a few miles. Shipston-on-Stour, a delightful market town with a wide range of independent shops, and Ilmington, a lovely Cotswold village with the famous Howard Arms pub with great food and atmosphere, are both 2-3 miles away. Chipping Campden, described historically as having Britain's most beautiful village street, is a short drive away

Private fishing and mooring is available along a 1½-mile stretch of river, by arrangement with the owner.
Available locally are a wide range of leisure pursuits – choose from walking, swimming, theatres, cinema, restaurants, cricket, horse racing and golf. For interesting days out visit the elegant spa town of Cheltenham, with its majestic shopping promenade, pump rooms, galleries and museums, or head for the historical cathedral cities of Hereford and Worcester. Stratford-upon-Avon, one of England’s best known towns, makes a delightful day trip. The birthplace of Shakespeare, Stratford is full of interesting places to visit, including the Royal Shakespeare Company Gallery, the World of Shakespeare and the National Teddy Bear Museum, which will appeal to all ages. Gloucester is home to one of the finest cathedrals in the world, as well as the interesting City Museum and the National Waterways Museum.
