There are numerous golf courses, and lochs and lochans within easy reach, where you can fish for salmon and trout. The town of Dornoch (15 miles) is home to the seaside links course at Royal Dornoch Golf Club, the most northerly first-class course in the world. Dornoch’s amenities include shops, tennis, bowling, sandy beaches and a craft centre located in the town jail! The area contains some of the most spectacular scenery and physically challenging areas for hillwalkers in the whole of the British Isles. Shooting available locally by arrangement.
